Research and Insights Analyst
We’re looking for a mid-level Insights Analyst to join our Research & Insights team.
You will be required to analyse complex data sources, in order to understand consumer behaviour, brand perception or identify product or market opportunities. You will need to communicate the insights from the analysis in a compelling way, addressing our clients’ research and business questions, their challenges and their objectives.
Each day will be different, but the focus will remain the same: creating quality work, insights, measurement, and reports that enable our clients to grow their businesses. Projects you are likely to be involved with: social listening, content performance reports, audience profiling, influencer identification, social media strategy. We’ll also be relying on you to keep track of emerging trends within social and digital, and relay these back to the wider agency across departments.
You will be agile in your approach, able to manage your time with ease, work very well under pressure, and be comfortable with fast turnaround times. The tools you will be involved with include Sprinklr, Linkfluence/Radarly, Facebook Insights, Twitter Analytics, YouGov, Global Web Index, and a range of other sources.
You will be expected to present your ideas with confidence both internally and with clients, although you won’t be expected to manage external relationships. You’ll be sitting within the Research & Insights team and reporting directly to our Head of Research & Insights.Apply here ▸
