SHARE Creative and Sprinklr are proud to present our Masterclass Webinar Series to take place in October 2023. This three-part event dives into the world of social intelligence to help attendees understand how to best leverage its powerful insights to enhance customer experiences.

Event Structure & Speakers

Each 30 minute webinar includes a 20 minute presentation and 10 minutes of Q&A so that viewers will have a chance to ask their burning questions. They will be led by industry-leading experts who share their wisdom and best practices, providing viewers with actionable takeaways to apply to their own work.

  • 17 October: Integrating Social Intelligence into your Business

    • Cami will launch our event series by explaining the power of integrating Social Intelligence into Research & Insight teams, revealing how this innovative research methodology helps companies understand their consumers on a deeper level.   • 24 October: Social Research in Practice: Understanding the Social Media Traveller
    • Corina Bordeianu – Global Social Media Marketing Manager at Booking.com 
    • Corina continues the conversation by explaining the tools and techniques Booking.com uses to gain traveller insights, and how this data improves customer service.
  • 31 October: Harnessing the Voice of the Customer to Impact Business Decisions 
    • Alex Diedrich –  Lead Insights & AI Solutions Specialist at Sprinklr
    • Alex concludes our 3-part series by explaining how to utilise research to harness the voice of the customer, considering the ultimate goal of taking action using insights to inform business decisions.
